Agreement

By using Priestley (“the service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. The service is operated by Visit Warrington Ltd.

What Priestley is

Priestley helps you discover places, events, and local information in the Warrington area. It searches structured local records and reviewed content. It is an informational discovery tool — not a booking engine, legal adviser, medical service, or emergency service.

Accuracy and listings

We aim to keep information accurate and useful, but listings may be incomplete, out of date, or supplied by third parties. Business submissions, partner claims, and community answers are reviewed before publication where stated, but we do not guarantee completeness or correctness. Always confirm important details (opening times, prices, accessibility, availability) directly with the venue or organiser.

Not professional advice

Responses are drawn from local records and editorial content. They are not a substitute for professional, legal, financial, medical, or safety advice. In an emergency, call 999.

Your use of the service

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt its operation.
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through forms or submissions.
• Scrape, bulk harvest, or reverse-engineer the service beyond normal personal use.
• Use the service in a way that infringes others' rights or applicable law.

Submissions and content

When you submit a newsletter signup, community question, partner claim, business update, or similar content, you confirm you have the right to provide that information. We may edit, reject, or remove submissions that breach these terms or our editorial standards. Photo and listing rights you grant are described at the point of submission.

Third-party links

Priestley may link to external websites (for example business booking pages). We are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, or their privacy practices.

Availability

We may modify, suspend, or withdraw features for maintenance, improvement, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visit Warrington Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
